So far so good. I have smoked for the last 28 years, this hasn't completely made me stop but int he last 2 weeks it has reduced my smoking a lot. I was a 1 pack a day smoker now I am buying packs every 4 days or so and I find that I am not such a fan so I am sure within a month or so I will complete free of cigs but I am doing it at my pace and happy so far. The pull in can be strong so I would recommend pulling soft till you find what you like.
