Thoroughly impressed! I truly don’t leave many reviews here. Matter of fact this is one of the few I can remember going out of my way to write. This thing is impressive! Especially for the price. The oral fixation was a huge problem for me, I’ve tried many “premium” brands, and the airflow adjustability on this put them all to shame when it comes to the feel of your draw. I truly do feel like this is going to be a significant help, after two days of use it’s already helped curb some moments! I’ll always keep it on me and it’s incredibly easy to use!

So far so good. I have smoked for the last 28 years, this hasn't completely made me stop but int he last 2 weeks it has reduced my smoking a lot. I was a 1 pack a day smoker now I am buying packs every 4 days or so and I find that I am not such a fan so I am sure within a month or so I will complete free of cigs but I am doing it at my pace and happy so far. The pull in can be strong so I would recommend pulling soft till you find what you like.

Only product that has worked. 42 days no cigarettes Best thing I have found! Been a smoker for about 45yrs. Granted, I'm also using the nicotine lozenges. I step at a time. The Spearmint one has helped a lot due to smoking menthol cigarettes. If you are truly ready to give up the nasty copd sticks, then I would recommend this cheaper product first. You could be amazed. Hand-to-mouth, breathing in your flavor of air, helps extremely! Or, if you dont want the flavor, its one of the better ones for taking a drag of a decent amount of air. Try it! Its doesn't cost that much!
