My husband vapes and understands the risks , including popcorn lung which is dangerous and irreversible. I got this for him to try as an alternative to vaping. Although it doesn’t blow smoke, it does look like a vape, has flavors like one, and has the feel of a vape. The wooden device is very sturdy and the stainless steel tip is great quality. Overall he is satisfied. This device does help him vape less and give him the feeling of vaping with nice flavors. He hasn’t completely stopped vaping yet, but he’s definitely making progress thanks to the help of this device. I think it’s definitely worth a try for anyone trying to stop smoking or vaping.

This is a helpful device for people like me that are trying to stop vaping. I have pretty much weened myself off the nicotine, but I still get that physical urge to puff on something, so this gives me something I can puff on with a little bit of flavor for a pleasant experience. It doesn’t produce any kind of smoke or vapor, so you’re not going to get that vapor throat hit, but it’s a good way to mimic that action of vaping without all the harmful chemicalsThis also comes with three packs of spearmint flavored cores. Each pack has three cores for a total of nine. They give the air a refreshing minty flavor. So far all the ones I’ve used have been moist and fresh. Each one lasts me about 4-5 days, so this is enough to last me about a month and a half for a pretty good value. Each pack has a ziploc top that keeps them from drying outI also like that this has an adjustable airflow, so I can set it to have a light airy draw that I like. I like this LAMKHOO Habit Support Fidget inhaler.
