Completely helped me stay vape free!! Although not intended exclusively for this purpose, like others I got this in an effort to cut down on my vaping.It’s nicely made with a decent, sturdy chain. They are easy to insert by unscrewing the device and I haven’t had any problems with it becoming loose or unscrewing itself. The refills seem readily available too.The flavour is pretty good. It is noticeably stronger when the stick’s new and flavour fades quite quickly at the beginning but is still passable for several days. Being minty the taste doesn’t need to be super strong to still deliver a fresh sensation though how long it lasts will obviously depend on how much you use it.As an aid for quitting vaping or smoking its effectiveness is going to vary greatly from person to person. My dependency isn’t that high (I vape 3% nicotine e-liquid) but I feel lost if I don’t have my vape to hand and like I’m missing something if I’m not taking a drag every few seconds.This has been a big help overcoming that though it’s fairly subtle and still requires some will-power. It takes a few days to get used to the lack of vapour/smoke and there’s no instant hit but it does satisfy the instinct to pick up the vape which I often did subconsciously.Combining this with some nicotine gum feels like it covers most of the bases and I can easily go without touching the vape or feeling like every second is a battle to resist the urge. I feel confident leaving the vape at home when I know I have this with me so it’s been liberating in a way.
